Privacy Policy

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions contained in Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30.6.2003 (hereinafter, "Privacy Code") and Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation), Soc. Agr. Il Nido Dell'Aquila Di Sangiorgi E Ferrari S.S., located at Via Cese 2458/B, 40060 Savigno-Valsamoggia (BO), Tax Code and VAT Number 03958041208, in its capacity as the data controller of the data provided by Clients, wishes to inform that such data will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the principles of lawfulness, fairness, relevance, and non-excessiveness, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services or activities and receiving proposals requested, and specifically, pursuant to Article 4 of the Privacy Code and Article 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR for: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion, and distribution of data, which will be subject to processing either in paper or electronic and/or automated format.

The Client's data will be retained for a period not exceeding the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes related to the requested services and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for service purposes.

 

OBJECT OF THE PROCESSING

Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject") communicated by you when entering into contracts for the services of the Data Controller, such as: first name, surname, company name, address, phone number, email, banking and payment details, as well as judicial data.

 

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data will be processed to fulfill the contractual relationship and to provide promotional information about activities proposed by Soc. Agr. Il Nido Dell'Aquila Di Sangiorgi E Ferrari S.S., which will be able to guarantee the requested Services only if the data is provided.

Specifically, data processing will occur:

 

    Without explicit consent (as per Article 24, letter a), b), c) of the Privacy Code and Article 6, letter b), c), e) of the GDPR) for:

        The conclusion of contracts for the services of the Data Controller;

        Fulfillment of pre-contractual, contractual, and tax obligations arising from the relationship with you;

        Fulfillment of obligations required by laws, regulations, EU legislation, or orders from Authorities (e.g., anti-money laundering laws);

        Exercise of rights by the Data Controller (e.g., defense in court);

        Communication of data to subjects to whom the Data Controller is legally obligated to disclose data, which they will process as independent data controllers.

    Only with specific consent (as per Articles 23 and 130 of the Privacy Code and Article 7 of the GDPR) for information purposes, such as sending emails, postal mail, SMS, and/or phone contacts, newsletters.

 

ACCESS TO DATA

The aforementioned data is processed by Soc. Agr. Il Nido Dell'Aquila Di Sangiorgi E Ferrari S.S. and, specifically, by collaborators and consultants who provide the offered services; by third-party suppliers to whom the services have been outsourced, with data processing processes involved in fulfilling an order.

 

DATA TRANSFER

Personal data will not be transferred to non-EU countries but will be stored in Italy for hosting, management, development, and maintenance of the website.

 

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to Articles 7 of the Privacy Code and 15 of the GDPR, the data subject has the following rights:

 

    To obtain confirmation regarding the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form;

    To request access to their personal data and related information;

    To obtain indication of: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic tools; d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and Article 3, paragraph 1 of the GDPR; e) the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as representatives in the State, data processors, or agents;

    To obtain: a) the update, correction, or, when relevant, the integration of data; b) the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that no longer need to be retained for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also regarding their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or disseminated, unless such compliance is impossible or would involve a disproportionate effort compared to the right being protected;

    To object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning them: a) for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) for purposes of sending material unrelated to the fulfillment of the service (e.g., advertising, direct sales, market research, or commercial communication, using automated calling systems without an operator or by email and/or traditional marketing methods via phone and/or postal mail). Where applicable, they also have the rights under Articles 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object), the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority following legal procedures.
